How do I know my order was successfully placed?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing an order. If you do not receive an email, this typically means that either the order wasn’t completed, or the email address entered was incorrect. In other cases the confirmation may have been filtered to your junk mail. Please check your junk mail inbox and contact us if you can’t find it.
How much does shipping cost?
Our order shipping costs are calculated directly from carrier.
How do I track my order?
When your order is created you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also visit our website and click on track order for further details
What are the ingredients?
Our products are made using different combinations of natural oils such as cedarwood, lemongrass, clove,peppermint, citronella and some others along with other inert proprietary ingredients. Each product is labeled with the products used in that product.
What is your Guarantee/What if i don't think it worked?
Our product has been tested over several hundred different properties for over 6 months to identify which combination of oils works best to get the best control, but even with that there are exceptions. If you are having issues with control we ask that you reach out to our Customer Care Team at customercare@seethebugmagic.com. They will request your address and other information to consult with our developers to see if one of our other formulas may work best and find a solution for the problem.
I broke my lawn applicator or lost it?
Each Outdoor pest control subscription is shipped a new applicator every quarter however things happen, it gets thrown out with the empty bottle, lost, damaged, run over, things happen. Reach out to Customer Care at customercare@seethebugmagic.com and provide them with your order number and name, they will reach out to you and get you a new applicator right away so you don't miss a beat.
